The Sims 4 team has rolled out a fresh update packed with both improvements and bug fixes, alongside a few playful additions. Among the highlights are expanded romantic options for Ghosts and Vampires in the Lovestruck experience, as well as the ability to preview songs when “Safe for Streaming” mode is enabled.
This release also continues the studio’s focus on resolving technical issues reported by players. Fixes address scenarios, household management, bills, and interface quirks, ensuring smoother gameplay across the board. Seasonal features, High School Years, Growing Together, and various game packs all see adjustments, while Lovestruck receives a particularly robust list of refinements—from fine-tuning social interactions to polishing Create a Sim and Build Mode details.
Players can expect smoother date mechanics, clearer trait swapping in Self Discovery moments, more variety in Simlish interactions, and even small but meaningful touches like single flowers being properly gifted. Vampires, Ghosts, and fairies receive added depth in their interactions, and bugs related to locations, objects, and visuals have been addressed across Ciudad Enamorada, Dine Out, and other expansions.
Overall, this update aims to restore balance, enhance immersion, and ensure players can continue crafting their stories with fewer interruptions.
