The Happy at Home Login event is the first event for The Sims 4. Due to various issues, this FAQ has been created to address common problems.

How to Get the Rewards: (If you don't want to go through all the trouble, download the Daily Rewards Unlocker)
To claim the rewards, start the game and access them from the main menu. Click on the freezer bunny in the upper left corner to open the pop-up if it doesn’t open automatically. The timer is in US format (MM/DD/YYYY).
Missing Freezer Bunny or Pop-Up:
The event should be live for everyone. If it’s not appearing, please post in this thread: Happy Login Event not appearing (Past June 13th) and provide the requested information.
Event Availability:
The login event is available since May 30th for PC (EA app, Epic Games, Steam), Mac (EA app, Origin), PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
Late Participation:
You can still participate even if you join late. Log in on 8 different days within the 5-week period. Some rewards unlock in specific weeks but can be claimed anytime once available.
Menu Issues without Pop-Up:
To ensure the issue isn’t mods/CC related, remove all mods/CC and test the game. Always test on a new save or a backup. Follow these steps:
- Open the folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Select the Mods folder and right-click on Cut.
- Paste it on your desktop.
- Delete all cache files.
- If the issue persists, use this thread: Happy Home Login Event: Can't Claim Reward (nothing happens).
Disappearing Freezer Bunny Tile:
If the freezer bunny tile disappeared after initially appearing, the event should still be live. If it’s missing, please post in this thread: Happy Login Event not appearing (Past June 13th) with the required info.
Missing Event Filter or Objects:
If you don't see the event filter or objects, ensure it’s not mods/CC related by following the same steps outlined above. Post in Mods & CC Issues if you need further help.
Unlocked Items Not Available on Another Computer:
Unlocked items are stored locally. Copy the file Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > userSetting(.ini) from the computer where you unlocked the items to your other computer. There is no current solution for Xbox/PlayStation.
Renamed User Folder and Missing Rewards:
If you renamed your user folder, copy Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > userSetting(.ini) from the renamed folder to the new one.
Claiming Issues:
If you can’t claim the second item and are prompted to claim the first again, your userSettings.ini file might be missing. Refer to the solution above.
Timer Misleading:
The timer on the pop-up may be misleading. You need to wait until the respective week unlocks to claim the next item.
