DeleteHi I'm having a problem with The Sims 4. Every time I try to launch it I get a message saying the launch failed due to an error on EA's or the game's side. It's been happening for days now. It was launching just fine and now it seems as though I'm unable to access it at all. Is this a known bug? If so is it being fixed? If not what are the appropriate steps I could take to fix it so it is playable?

If that doesn't work, clear the EA app's cache, repair the game files through the EA app, and update or repair your graphics and anti-cheat drivers. Ensure Windows is up to date and temporarily disable overlays and firewalls.
