Click HERE to download. HOLD the DOWNLOAD BUTTON for 1-2 seconds before releasing it. Immediately close any redirects. Once downloaded, unzip the downloaded file, open the unzipped folder, and look for the GraphicsRules.sgr File inside. Either drag it or copy and paste it in this location:
